Families are invited to dress up and bring their children to the annual Safe Halloween trick-or-treat event in downtown Springville on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 3 to 5 p.m. Sponsored by the Springville Area Chamber of Commerce, the walk from Center Street to 400 South and back is fun for the kids, with many area businesses handing out treats. It is light and safe and lots of fun for the little ones.
