After a discussion of possible Community Development Block Grant request projects at the September Town Council Meeting, Fairfield leaders chose and prioritized their three top projects. Fairfield officials put water development at the top of the list with land acquisition for a historical park and land acquisition for construction of a town hall as second and third, respectively.
