The Cedar Hills Golf Club will sign documents renewing the lease for the current triple-wide trailer that houses the club's pro shop and grill. The council decided last month not to use any more money for the course, effectively halting talks of a clubhouse. City officials hope to lease the trailer, at about $1,000 a month, for as short a time as possible.
