Amber Schoenfeld and Erica Pitts wrap themselves in blankets while waiting outside the Cinemark Theater in Orem on Thursday for the midnight showing of "The Twilight Saga: New Moon." Schoenfeld and Pitts arrived around 6:30 p.m. and were part of a large crowd that gathered in a closed-off section in the University Mall parking lot. The movie is the second film based on Stephenie Meyer's successful "Twilight" book series. Kristen Stewart plays the lead role as Bella Swan, a high school-aged girl who falls in love with a vampire classmate named Edward Cullen, played by Robert Pattinson. The first Twilight film made $384 million at worldwide box offices in 2008, according to the New York Times. "It hurts sitting here," said Kennedy Downard, who arrived to wait in line at 4 p.m. but agreed with others that the wait will be worth it.
